Advanced Project 3.0. Digitization and Electronic Signature.

The Advanced Project 3.0 Electronic Signature aims to apply innovations in the implementation of Advanced and Qualified Electronic Signatures within IN DIEM’s internal processes, strengthening collective solutions for electronic operations and transactions, as well as internal administrative processes. It incorporates improvements based on experiences from previous projects, reducing costs and streamlining service execution timelines.
These objectives fall within the IN DIEM R+D+i Planning in the field of information and communication technology, the experience and results of which are already available to all our clients.

The legal basis for these processes and services is found in Law 32/2003 on Electronic Signatures, as well as Law 11/2007 on electronic access of citizens to Public Services, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services, Royal Decree 1553/2005 on DNI and Electronic Signatures, and the corresponding implementing regulations.

The Legal Director of the Project is Angel José Del Pino Ibáñez, PhD in Next-Generation Evidence and Media from the University of Seville.
