Category: Sanctions IN DIEM Abogados secures a FAVORABLE ADMINISTRATIVE RESOLUTION for our client in DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS initiated for “Sports Violence,” in accordance with the provisions of LAW 19/2007, of July 11, at the request of a Local Police Complaint Report during a football match at the SEVILLA FC Stadium. Specifically, the GOVERNMENT DELEGATION in SEVILLE accepts our argument that an extensive application of the infractions defined in said law is not viable; and consequently, proceeds to withdraw the imputation of a serious offense that could have entailed a penalty of up to €60,000.00, in addition to other accessory sanctions established in the aforementioned regulations. The GOVERNMENT DELEGATION IN SEVILLE therefore proceeds to acknowledge the non-applicability of a serious offense for the reported facts.

En particular, la DELEGACIÓN DE GOBIERNO en SEVILLA acoge nuestra tesis de que no resulta viable una aplicación extensiva de las infracciones definidas en dicha ley; y consiguientemente, procede a retirar la imputación de una falta grave que podría haber implicado una sanción de hasta 60.000,00€, además de otras sanciones accesorias establecidas en la citada normativa.
